In the summer of 2019, our team at Le Grill de Joël Robuchon saw an opportunity to completely transform the space and concept, closing it off from the two-star Michelin L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon next door, and re-opening as Le Club New York. Le Club is a sophisticated, high-energy bar and lounge that offers exceptionally high-quality food. 

The new concept takes key elements that make L’Atelier unique—guest interaction, the showmanship of the open kitchen, and meticulous attention to detail—and presents them in a new way for guests. This includes a menu ofFrench-inspired small bites to encourage socializing and sharing; and a beverage program featuring show-stopping craft cocktails, several large format drinks, and wines served from magnums. Each night will become its own performance for the dining room team, with “hosts” replacing servers, and a DJ to turn up the energy on Wednesday and Friday nights.
