In the summer of 2019, our team at Le Grill de Joël Robuchon saw an opportunity to completely transform the space and concept, closing it off from the two-star Michelin L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon next door, and re-opening as Le Club New York. Le Club is a sophisticated, high-energy bar and lounge that offers exceptionally high-quality food. 


The new concept, created by Executive Chef Bellanca, takes key elements that make L’Atelier unique—guest interaction, the showmanship of the open kitchen, and meticulous attention to detail—and presents them in a new way for guests. This includes a menu ofFrench-inspired small bites to encourage socializing and sharing; and a beverage program featuring show-stopping craft cocktails, several large format drinks, and wines served from magnums. Each night will become its own performance for the dining room team, with “hosts” replacing servers, and a DJ to turn up the energy on Wednesday and Friday nights.
